Who collects your personal data ?

The data controller implemented on the koversy.eu website is: KOVERSY, whose head office is located at Prinsenweg 23 Industriepark Overhaem B-3700 Tongeren, Belgium. KOVERSY, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR.

To whom is your personal data disclosed ?

Your personal data will only be forwarded to KOVERSY’s staff. Personal information (name, first name, e-mail address) is not published on the koversy.eu website.

The information collected may be shared with third parties contractually bound to the Seller for the performance of outsourced tasks, without the user’s authorization being necessary.

Why do we process your personal data ?

KOVERSY collects and records the personal data of its site users for the following purposes: – Browsing the website and monitoring and tracking user requests. – Prevention and fight against computer fraud. – Improving navigation on the website. – Delivery of ordered products. – Answering questions and sending information. Under no circumstances shall your personal data be used and/or stored for purposes other than those mentioned above. KOVERSY considers that all the above processing operations are necessary for the performance of these services.

How long will your personal data be stored ?

The period that your personal data is stored depends on the request being processed. KOVERSY undertakes not to keep personal data beyond the period necessary to provide the service, plus the retention period imposed by applicable legal requirements.

Any natural person using the service has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and request the portability of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. These rights may be exercised by contacting KOVERSY, which collected the personal data, by post: KOVERSY – Prinsenweg 23 Industriepark Overhaem B-3700 Tongeren, Belgium. KOVERSY will respond within one month of receiving the request, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

In the event of an unsatisfactory response, the person concerned may refer the matter to the relevant supervisory authority in their country, such as the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) for Belgian residents.

  • The recipient is KOVERSY.
    This data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the performance of the work ordered and any warranties that may be applicable following the sale.
  • The Buyer has a right to access, correct and erase its personal data, which it may exercise by emailing rgpd@koversy.eu or by post.
  • The Buyer has the right to request a limitation of the processing of its personal data.
  • The Buyer has the right to object to the processing of its personal data and the right to data portability.
  • The Buyer may withdraw its consent to the processing of its personal data at any time by writing to rgpd@koversy.eu or by post.
  • The Buyer may file a complaint with Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA) (DPA website: https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/citizen) if it believes that its personal data has not been protected in the processing of its order.
